1. Overview of Service

Wowes is a loyalty and rewards app that helps businesses issue, manage, and track loyalty points and rewards for their customers. Customers can receive points, unlock rewards (including scratch cards), and redeem offers from participating businesses.

2. User Eligibility

To use the Wowes app:

• You must be at least 13 years old

• If you represent a business, you must be authorized to create and manage an account on its behalf

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure

• All activities that occur under your account

• Not using the app for fraudulent or illegal activities

Businesses must ensure reward distribution is fair, transparent, and compliant with local laws.

4. Loyalty Points and Rewards

• Points, offers, and scratch cards are managed by participating businesses

• Wowes facilitates tracking and redemption but does not guarantee the value or availability of any reward

• Rewards may have expiry dates, usage limits, or be subject to business-specific terms

5. Communication & Notifications

By registering with Wowes, you consent to receive:

• Transactional messages related to your activity

• Promotional offers and reward updates (opt-out available in settings)

We may use SMS, push notifications, whatsapp or email (if provided).

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse rewards, points, or referral systems

• Tamper with app features or security

• Impersonate other users or businesses

• Upload harmful or offensive content

7. Intellectual Property

The Wowes app and all its content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Karippal Innovations LLP, except for trademarks or logos provided by partner businesses.

You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app, with or without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or harms our services or reputation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wowes is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any reward disputes between businesses and customers

• Errors in reward allocation made by partner businesses

• Loss of data due to unauthorized access

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, particularly under the jurisdiction of Kerala.
